COVID-19 Protocol For Patients and Visitors

Our Safety Guidelines: COVID-19 Protocol for Patients & Visitors

To ensure a safe environment, our COVID-19 protocol for patients and visitors requires that everyone must undergo temperature and symptom screening upon arrival and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. These strict patient screening guidelines help us identify potential symptoms early and maintain a secure clinical setting for everyone. Please be especially attentive to adhering to our specific clinic mask requirements by wearing an approved face covering over your nose and mouth. If you arrive without a mask, one will be provided to you; please note that valve masks and gloves will not be permitted at this time.

These safety measures align with the public health guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to prevent the spread of respiratory illness. Adhering to this full COVID-19 protocol for patients and visitors is essential for keeping our community protected. If you need to reschedule an appointment due to these safety measures, please visit our contact page to reach our clinic staff directly.
